Funeral arrangements are still being made, and I will share them as soon as I receive more information. Joy Harris served in many capacities to the benefit of blind people and received the Federation’s Jacobus tenBroek Award in 2018. As you know, Allan Harris also served as treasurer of the Federation and has made significant contributions to our movement.
