[NFBWATlk] At Large Meeting & Chance for Some Chocolate

Our next meeting is this Thursday, February 9 at 7:30 pm on Zoom. We have a
lot planned. We will be having a philosophy discussion centered around
independence and optimism based on the following articles from the Braille

Additionally, it's time again for elections. All of the chapter board
positions are up. In order to vote or run for office, you must be current on
your membership dues. Zoom details & info on how to send in your money for
dues will be at the bottom of this message.

 

Last, but certainly not least, we are having a kick off fundraiser to start
off the new year. To show our appreciation for your donations, there will be
a drawing that will be held at our meeting on March 9, 2023, but you don't
have to be present to win. Valentine's Day is right around the corner and is
a specific day to show someone that you love them. Here at the At Large
chapter, we say who needs that? Show someone in your life, or even yourself,
some love anytime you want. With the goodies we have for you, you can have a

Donation Drive Details

 

*        For every$5 donation, your name will go into the virtual hat 1
time. For example, $5 will give you one chance. Ten names in the virtual hat
will give you ten chances.

*        1 donation is $5 a piece or five for $20. In other words, donate
four, get one free.

*        If your name is drawn, you can choose either the Sees Candy
Collection listed above, or swap for a $75 Amazon gift card (Gift card sent
virtually)

*        Donations can be sent in virtually by using the information below.
If you are local to a chapter member, you can also give donation money to
them.

*        The drawing will be held at our March 9th chapter meeting. You
don't have to be present to win, but we'd love to have you.
