Metro's General Manger's Office is seeking an outstanding leader to serve as the agency's ADA and Universal Access Program Manager (PPM III). This position will support Metro in furtherance of its commitment to providing equitable and accessible services in all of Metro's programs by applying their knowledge of Title II of the ADA, transition planning, and principles of universal access and design. This role will be a collaborator and advisor of teams across Metro, with the primary responsibility of supporting strategic planning and execution of its ADA transition plan. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community paired with sophisticated project management skills necessary to effect change in a large government organization.
This position will be filled as Special Duty Assignment or Term Limited Temporary employee that is expected to last until
12/31/25 and may be extended. This may be used to generate a pool list for future Career Service, Term Limited Temporary (TLT), and Special Duty Assignment (SDA) positions that may occur in this classification. The list would be valid for 12 months upon creation This position reports to Metro's EEO Officer.
