Greetings! 

Last month, I vaguely recall saying in our Members at Large meeting announcement that I sincerely hope that all these April showers will be bringing us May flowers. Well, it looks like April showers are bringing us more May showers at least for now. That is OK though because the cup is half full right? If it’s not, just put it outside and all the showers will fill it up for you.

I know, I know, get to the point. It is time once again for our Members at Large chapter meeting. Our gatherings are virtual and zoom details will be below. We get together the second Thursday of every month. We play the presidential release at 6:30 and our meeting starts at 7 PM.

This month, we are talking all things surrounding self advocacy. Why is it important? When should we advocate? When should we not advocate? Is there a right or a wrong way to advocate for yourself? If you have thoughts and opinions, or questions about any of this, our meeting is the place for you. Whether you join us every single month, or you have never joined us once. We would love to have you. All are welcome and encouraged to bring a friend!
