[NFBWATlk] Question about Ruling about Blind People Being Refunded for Unfairly Charging Us For Wait Times?

Hi there I have a question about the Uber and Lyft settlement somehow justice something happened that happened a couple of years ago that I was reading up. I don’t know if it was in the NFB mailing lists or in some email couple years ago it was saying that the department of justice or some other federal authority or something we’re issuing settlement about people with disabilities and Uber riders in right people are being charged for wait times that’s kind of unfair charge because we don’t always know what the car or where the car is so I was just wondering what has come about that and how do we go about being compensated refunded for today I was taken in Uber ride and I found out I was charged $2.18 more than my original charge on my Uber receipt because the driver apparently was waiting or he couldn’t find me and I was issued a new charge on my bank account after I took the ride so I was wondering why we’re still going through that and why was it we’re still being charged wait time fees even though we’re not supposed to be charged that I was just wondering what has come about that stupid Uber I don’t know why they keep charging wait times I think that’s not that’s not worthy of my my team in my budget that definitely does add up if you think about it so I was just wondering what has what we have and how we can go about that and how we can get refunds for our wait times.
