some additional information about Stimulus funding in IL. I am attaching the
document Lou Oma sent out earlier with additions that reflect stakeholder
feedback to date. I have not repeated items, so some of your feedback is
reflected in the agency feedback rather than in the stakeholder feedback. These
are not meant to be complete ideas at this point.

that we must establish success measures for these projects.
