We are looking for VRTs to participate in a research study where they will be experiencing real robots and design accessible robot communication strategies.<br><br>Participants will be compensated $90, and the study will run for about 2 hours. The study will be held at the University of Washington on August 22nd, though let us know if alternative dates work better for you. It will be in a group setting with a few other blind and low-vision people, audio describers, vision rehabilitation therapists, sound designers, etc. Participants will get the chance to work with 1-2 robots during the study, and will propose how they want robots to communicate using verbal, audio, and vibration cues.<br><br>Please reply to this email (<a href="mailto:ujjaini@utexas.edu">ujjaini@utexas.edu</a>) if you're interested in participating.
