Donna Calvert and the West Virginia Library Services for the Blind sends their thanks and appreciation to the National Federation of the Blind of West Virginia for lobbying on their behalf in getting the West Virginia Legislature to pass the bill that provides them the same funding as last year.  Please be aware that this bill was signed by Governor Manchin, and we no longer have to worry about a cut in the library's budget which would have had an impact on services.  

I too want to give my thanks to all of you and to NFBWV Legislative Chairperson Roland Payne for working  together to get  the word out about this  issue as well as making phone calls and sending E-mails making the legislature aware of our concerns.
