For any of you who are interested in attending the ceremony where Governor Joe Manchin will be signing a Braille Literacy Proclamation, it will now take place on Wednesday, March 25, at 9:15 a.m. at the capitol instead of on Thursday, March 26, as the governor has to be out of town on Thursday.
