Dear Federationists,
For those of you who would like to attend the Braille Readers are Leaders Day Proclamation
signing by Governor Manchin, it is now scheduled to take place on Tuesday, April
21, at 10:00 a.m. at the Cultural Center in Charleston during the Agency Partnership
meeting scheduled to take place from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.  First Vice-President
Ed McDonald will accept the proclamation on behalf of the National Federation of
the Blind of West Virginia.  Also during this time, Second Vice-President Sheri Koch
will also present Governor Manchin with a Louis Braille Commemorative coin.

, featured a segment about the Louis Braille Commemorative Coin on the 11:00 p.m.
