Hi, all.
Long, long ago in a land not-so-far away, the NFB published a collection
of articles entitled "Why the NFB". It is no longer available as some of
the articles are out-of-date and refer to situations that are not quite
the problems they once were. Nevertheless, some of the articles are,
regrettably, still highly relevant today. In particular, one little gem
entitled "How to Kill a Chapter" is worth reading and disseminating more
often than I care to admit.
Below is a link to an audio stream of Dr. Jernigan reading it.
Substitute "Presidential Releases" for "mail from Headquarters" and the
piece is as timely as it was in the 1970's.
