[Nfbwv-talk] update on Ed's condition

Thanks, Mike and Barb. I went to see him earlier today and he's doing better. The heart rhythms seem to be regular and his heart is beating without the help of the pace maker at this point. That's encouraging because maybe he'll get to come home tomorrow and he may not need a permanent pace maker.

Jack, I'm laughing. I can't wait to read this to him. He'll
love it, too.
Carolyn, our home address is:

151 South Mineral Street
Keyser, 26726.
I just got back from a visit and the latest is that he seems
stronger today and ready to read a few books and listen to some
podcasts and I brought him some toys with which to do that.
However, there is an issue with his heart rhythms and they have
hooked him up to a temporary pace maker. There is a possibility
that he will have to have a permanent pace maker installed and
that will mean more surgery, although it won't be as evasive as
the first surgery. I just hope for the best, but, in the
meantime, he sends a word of thanks to everyone in the NFBWV
family for their thoughts, prayers, and well wishes for his
recovery. As the younger set would say, you guys are awesome!

Peace
Karen
