I am pleased to announce that Carl Jacobsen, NFB national board member and president
of the New York affiliate, will be the national representative at this year's convention
of the National Federation of the Blind of West Virginia scheduled to take place
at the Best Western Bridgeport Inn the weekend of August 12, 13, and 14, 2011.
