for our membership directory.  Thanks to you, it is almost complete.  

Huntington Chapter, I just want to check with you to make sure
everything is correct for your chapter.  I have not heard from any of
you so I am assuming things are correct.  Please advise.

Please provide me your assistance as soon as possible.  Please review
the following information for each chapter and let me know of any
changes that need to be made such as phone number or address changes,
change in officers, new members, members who have died or who have
chosen not to renew their membership, etc.  

I do not want to make committee appointments until this has been
completed.  Also, we have to submit updated and accurate information to
our national office.  

It is important that you check with people to see if they want to renew
their membership instead of assuming that they do and paying their dues
for them.  We need a correct and accurate account of members for the
paying of dues, etc.
