Dave, I downloaded version 1.82 today.  That's the latest one I 
could find.  I look forward to seeing how well it works with a 
book.

Do you have the latest version of Adobe Digital Editions.  I know 
they
have done some accessibility work on it -- and last summer said 
it was
accessible.  I haven't tested yet, but have intended to do so.
