greetings fellow list members,

I'm proud to have contacted both
Senator Joe Manchin's office and

Senator Jay Rockefeller, IV's office regarding this.

This is very important to me as you all know by now. I'm a full supporter and I think all children should be taught if at all possible. If other disabilities prevent them from learning at least introduce it to them, and try to work out a way they can learn. There are ways to be creative when teaching braille to someone with multiple disabilities.

Mantion is in the state today but the very nice lady that answered the phone in his DC office listened to me and took notes, and assured me she would pass it along. She also spoke on how he loves to hear from us. :)

I got to speak with Barbara Pryor, Senior Legislative Assistant to senator Rockefeller who informed she talked to miss charleen Smith our president over there, and that it was being looked at very closely.

I highly encourage and ask you all to also make these calls to make a difference for current, and future students.

thank you,

keri
