Green Acres in Lesage WV.  This is in rural Cabell  county. This started out as a residential facility for adults with developmental challenges.  Green Acres has had financial problems.  Another organization has taken over the care of these people.  Green Acres does employ some adults with special needs in what I assume are sheltered workshops.  The most well known product is Lesage Water.
