Dear Agency Partners & Fellow Federationists,

This is a final reminder for those of you who plan to attend the National 
Federation of the Blind of West Virginia Agency Partnership meeting on 
Thursday, August 2, at the Holiday Inn and Suites in Barboursville, WV.

The meeting will take place from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM in the Violet Room. A 
deli buffet--offering cold cuts and condiments, assorted salads, dessert, 
and beverages--will be served at noon in the meeting room. The cost is $13 
per person. (A "registration fee) receipt will be available for those who 
wish to add this item to an expense account.)

If you wish to be included in the lunch count but have not yet notified me 
that you plan to attend, please contact me as soon as possible. You may 
reply to this message or call me at 304-788-0129.

The hotel needs a final lunch count no later than tomorrow. After that, you 
may still attend the meeting, but you risk going hungry!

The meeting agenda promises to be full and interesting, so I encourage as 
many of you as possible to plan to attend.

Last week I distributed more detailed information about the meeting, but if 
for some reason you need it again, please let me know.

I apologize to those of you who have already told me that you cannot attend. 
I simply did not remove your names from this group mailing.

I look forward to hearing from many of you and to seeing you next week in 
Barboursville.
