Hi Keri, 

If you want to call me at 304-672-3445, I can talk with you about how to
get door prize and auction items for the convention.  I also want to
talk with you about getting you to a state convention as well.  

If any of you feel you can mentor new people or one another on doing
some of these projects, please share your contact information so you can
talk one-on-one with them and walk them through the steps or do some
role playing.

I will be glad to do some role playing with anyone who wants to do this.
Just let me know.

Dear Keri,      Hey! Bummer!!  I am so sorry to hear all of this
unfortunate news.  I don't know what to say.  Maybe, when you come to
the convention in Huntington; you could go to the doctor that you need
to see.     It's okay about the sponsors for state convention.  I don't
know how to do that either.  How about auction items and/or door prizes?
