Greetings Federation Family,

We are nearing our leadership seminar weekend and I am eagerly looking
forward to seeing all of you. I have just a few things I would like to
take care of in one message and everything won't apply to everyone so
please read down through the message and address what applies to you.

There are still a couple of people who have not sent Marcus their money
for the meals we are having catered at the seminar. If you have not
talked with me or Marcus to make arrangements to pay when you get there,
I will soon half to cancel your meals unless we hear something. If by
chance people plan on not attending these catered meals, it would also
be helpful to know this so we won't have to worry about it any longer.

Again, if you wish to bring snacks for the Saturday evening social time,
you are welcome to do so. This is not a requirement. For those who are
bringing snacks, it would be helpful to know what people are planning on
bringing. I will be supplying the paper products such as plates,
napkins, forks, etc. Knowing what people plan on bringing will let me
know if I need to get any other items such as bowls.

Sheri, the Harrison County Chapter is in charge of nametags and the
registration table for convention this year. Please bring with you the
name tags and any extra supplies that Barb had.

Ed, can you do the Braille agendas for the board meeting?

Karen, were you able to get the print agendas sent to Glen and Mary
Fish?

Just to remind chapter presidents and board representatives, if your
chapter wishes to donate a door prize for national convention, please
bring it with you if at all possible.

If any of you reading this message have members who are not on this
list, please be sure to share it with them.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or need
additional information.

Charlene
