Thanks Charlene.  I wouldn't miss a board meeting but I have't seen my
daughter and her family for such a long time and I know the board meeting
will get along just fine without me.  Talk soon.

Mary Ann will be able to assist Barbara if she needs to.

I regret that I will be unable to attend this weekend's board meeting.

Family obligations conflict.  My daughter and her family will be visiting
for Columbus Day weekend along with new grand babies.  

  Our alternate board member, Barbara James, will be attending in my place.

This will give her an opportunity to participate as our board member.
