Hi Charlene.  I have been off work for two weeks and just getting my feet 
under me.  The only correction that I can see is that I, Robert Hicks, am 
our alternative board member.  I contacted Karen because Mary and I will not 
be be able to to physically attend the board meeting.  I don't          know 
if I will be permitted to travel following my chest pain, failed stress 
test; heart cauterization; stint; and subsequent tia's.  I am under orders 
to take it easy and I may.  We have a couple of new members under 100!, but 
they are not able to attend.  I wish we could participate, but I don't think 
October 6 or 7 are in the cards for SWG.  Hi to Andy.  take care
