Actually I read her letter but I must have missed something.  Where can I
find out about this project?  I hadn'theard anything about it until your
e-mail came this morning.  Maybe it was announced when my computer was
giving me grief and I had to change e-mail and phone numbers.

	Hi folks,  As a reminder I have once again attached the information
regarding the iCanConnect project that was awarded to WV.
So far we have been able to get five people linked into the system for
equipment to meet their unique needs.  Please continue to spread this
information to your constituents who may qualify for the project.  Let us
