	Hi folks,  As a reminder I have once again attached the
information regarding the iCanConnect project that was awarded to WV.
So far we have been able to get five people linked into the system for
equipment to meet their unique needs.  Please continue to spread this
information to your constituents who may qualify for the project.  Let
