Thanks for sharing the audio Karen.

I agree with Charlene in the sentiment.  Especially how the SBOE tended to categorize the difference between the relocation and renovation costs.  The diff between 83 and 90+ mill is upwards of 10 to almost 20%, definitely not small by a long shot.
