Subject: [Nfbwv-talk] Technology discussion,as follow up to Friday's
Convention presentations.
Colleagues:
Now that we're back from an outstanding Convention and I have had a time
to catch my breath. I want to thank everyone who participated in the
Friday technology activities. A special thanks to Karen for setting up
the exhibits. It's great to have some one-on-one time with venders. I
especially want to draw ITG to your attention. They have an outstanding
reputation for commitment to our community and the highest level of
business ethics.
I know we touched on many issues, smart phone technology and Windows
after XP.
My offer still stands to facilitate and perhaps leed some state-wide
conference calls to focus on a specific technology topic.
I think that the first step is to gather interests. Please think about
your top three technology issues or questions which you think could be
addressed in the forum of a conference call presentation.
Please send them to me labeled with 1, 2 and 3.
You need only include a short sentence of description or to pose your
question.
If you would rather send them privately, to reduce traffic on the list
the address is nfbhuntington at aol.com.
This will not be a time for others to comment on the ideas we submit, I
am only interested in gathering them at this time.
If you have questions, the phone number is 304-691-0632.
Best,
Brad Hodges
