Darren, I don't know quite what to say. I congradulate you but I'm shocked
and I hate to see you all leave. Our friendship is beyond Federationism and
we'll miss you all so much.

Tell Paula that the auction will never be the same. We love you all and
wish you the very best.

Hello NFB of WV Friends,
I don't know if turning 50 later this year and an impending midlife crisis
has anything to do with it, but I have made what has been a difficult
decision to move to Silicon Valley and take a job with Yahoo as an
accessibility specialist for mobile applications. It's been a great 12
years at AFB Tech, and it's been tough getting used to the idea of leaving
my team mates in Huntington and across the country. We are certainly
excited about the new opportunities, but a bit nervous about the change, and
reluctant to leave West Virginia. I begin at Yahoo on June 2, and I am
trying to tie up as many loose ends as I can this month and help with
transitioning my position at AFB, and then we will work on moving to
somewhere near Yahoo's Sunnyvale headquarters in May.

Paula and I will dearly miss not being able to attend NFB of WV events, but
I may sneak into one when you don't expect it, and I will certainly remain
on this discussion list. For now, we will keep our little cabin in
Morgantown for holiday visits home, so you never know when you will run into
us.

Darren
