Subject: Seeking NFBWV Members to Look at Mercer County Web Site
Dear Ms. Smyth,
The Mercer County West Virginia Elections Office has a new web site to help residents get information about upcoming elections, register to vote, make changes to their current voter registration, etc. The developer of the template for this web site, New Organizing Institute (NOI), has contacted me to request that our members provide feedback on the accessibility of the web site. The Mercer County Elections Office web site can be found at http://www.mercervotes.com/.
I would appreciate it if you could ask some NFB of West Virginia members to take a look at this web site and provide their feedback to me on its accessibility. Feedback from members who live in Mercer County would be terrific, but is not required. Members can email their feedback directly to me, or I would be happy to receive it through you-whichever method you prefer.
Thanks so much for your help! If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
Best regards,
Lou Ann

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles between blind people and our dreams. You can have the life you want; blindness is not what holds you back.
