Greetings Fellow Federationists:

I have had an inquiry about who is responsible for what duties at our 2015 state convention so I thought I would list it here.  If anyone has any questions, please contact me.  Also, I would appreciate having updates as you get them and before you make any commitments in the way of food, entertainment, etc.

2015

Host Chapter/Friday Night Reception:  Eastern Panhandle Chapter
Registration Table:  Sightless Workers' Guild of Wheeling
Saturday Night Dance:  Members at Large
Members Auction:  Huntington Area Chapter
Help Out As Needed:  Harrison County Chapter
Collecting and Awarding of Door Prizes:  Kanawha Valley Chapter
