Federation Family:

It's early Thursday and I'm up organizing our trip to Pittsburgh, later
today. The purpose is a return visit to Joe's neurologist. The subject at
that appointment will be to consider the two surgical options, choose the
most appropriate one and schedule it as soon as possible.

Unhappily the early success of medications, to address the excruciating pain
associated with Trigeminal Neuralgia,  was not permanent. The condition has
worsened over the past 2 weeks, thus the decision to move to the surgical
option.

We both appreciate everyone support. We will both carry all that positive
energy in our hearts as we move forward. I'll plan to update the list,
should anything more take place tomorrow or over the week-end.
