This is being sent to you again as it now contains text about other information I need that I forgot to include the first time.

Greetings Chapter Presidents and Fellow Federationists,

Our state convention is fast approaching and it would be appreciated if everyone would submit the following information to their chapter president who is requested to then submit all attendee information to me.  If possible, it would be very helpful and timely to have this information no later than August 31.

Attendee Name
Preferred reading method such as print, large print, or Braille.
Is the attendee a voting member?
Is the attendee attending the banquet?
Is the attendee attending the reception?
Is the attendee pre-registered?

We need adequate time to print the agendas, make the nametags, and provide the hotel with a headcount so they will know how many meals to prepare for the reception and banquet.
