Charlene,
This does not look right to me. It says Sheri is responsible for the members auction, but it is listed as the Huntington Chapter. Sheri is Kanawha County. Can we please get a clarification?

> During the November 2014 board meeting of the National Federation of the Blind of West Virginia, the board of directors agreed to the following: In order to fund the Friday evening reception, each chapter is required to pay an equal portion of the total balance due for the food at that reception. The total amount will be determined by the hotel. The chapter assigned to coordinate the 2015 reception is the Eastern Panhandle Chapter, and they will be in charge of the menu. Following the convention, the treasurer will notify each chapter of its share of the reception cost. It is estimated that the average cost is between $200 and $300 per chapter. Chapters will be expected to submit their payments to the treasurer by the time of the fall board meeting.
