Greetings Fellow federationists,

The hotel has made as many reservations as they possibly could on the fourth
floor.  Two reservations are on the first floor, per the guests' request.
Three reservations are on the fifth floor and three reservations are on the
sixth floor.  The hotel had to put these rooms on the fifth/sixth floors, as
the rest of the rooms on the fourth floor have long-term extended stay
guests in them (mostly American Red Cross guests in Charleston for flood
relief) and they understandably didn't want to ask them to move.

Joyce, our liaison with the hotel, met with the hotel's general manager and
confirmed that a Terminix inspector will be at the hotel on September 7th to
inspect all of the room numbers included on the below list.

Please review the below room reservation list.  If you do not see your name,
or the name of someone else you know to be attending the convention, on the
list, contact Joyce at the hotel to resolve any issues.

Also, make sure I have the names of everyone from your chapter who plans on
attending the reception and/or banquet.
