It is considered a WV call to anyone dialling it.

The only thing to remember is that the time here is currently 18 hours ahead of you, so I'm writing this at 1:43 pm Tuesday which is only 7:43 pm yesterday over on your side.

This difference will change in March when you change, and again in April when we change. Each time it changes, the difference shrinks by an hour so that after both changes happen, we'll only be 16 hours apart. That sounds nice, but theories are always nice. *lol* In practice, a 16 hour split makes scheduling things a bit more demanding on the sleep schedule. *lol*

Consider in the 16 hour split, your 4 pm is my 8 am the next morning. *lol*

Of course, there is advantage in a 16 hour split because if someone actually wants a call at 7 am, I don't need to burn the midnight oil to accomplish that during your summer, but wouldn't want to do that during your winter.
