I am passing along some information about products that Roger 
Steinberg of BAUM Usa is bringing to our convention.  I hope

I hope that my email finds you well.

I am emailing because I wanted to let you know of something 
special that I can do for your conference.  Currently, I have two 
demonstration units of our VisioDesk HD video magnifier.  This 
unit typically retails for $3,995.  However, since I have two 
units and only need one, I am able to sell one for 15% off, or 
$3,395, to anyone who might like to purchase at the conference.  
This also means they would not have to pay shipping, which saves 
another $45.

To the extent that you are able, you may want to share this 
information with those who will be in attendance, so that they 
might do a bit of homework in advance.  They can learn more about

datasheet that tells a little about the device.

After speaking with our state president, Charlene Smyth, we have 
come up with a scenario that I hope will work for you.  There 
will be time right after the Braille Literacy meeting, which is 
scheduled to take place from two o'clock to four o'clock on 
Friday afternoon.  This would be a very good time because you 
will be introduced to everyone at the meeting and I will 
encourage people to stay afterward to look at the machine.  Would 
that work for you?
