A week from today, Thursday, August 17, is the deadline for many convention
items.  Please review all of the messages I have sent lately and respond
accordingly.

Chapter presidents, I really need to know soon who all from your chapters
are attending convention as well as the other information requested in the
message regarding convention attendees.
