[Nfbwv-talk] BELL radio interviews with Marcus

It's interesting that Bristol Broadcasting--like many other companies--continues the tradition of "burying" their local public affairs programming in the wee hours of Sunday morning, when as few listeners as possible are likely to hear it. Nevertheless, I set my alarm and got up and listened. I was not much impressed with the interviewer who persisted in asking questions that had already been answered. At the same time, however, Marcus presented a lot of valuable information about blindness and the BELL program. He was even able to seize the opportunity and talk about some of our other related programs and activities.

Despite being buried on Sunday morning, we probably need to take greater advantage of such media opportunities to tell our story to audiences who may otherwise never hear it.
