Marcus,

I checked, and Sheri paid John's dues last year when she paid her dues.  Also, I did not indicate anyone's status as far as blind or sighted.  Sighted members are voting members as long as over 50 percent of the membership are blind.  I don't believe there is any criteria about how many meetings a member has to attend.

I was looking over the list and I have one question…

Is there a specific reason that John Koch is listed as “voting“? To my knowledge, I’m not sure if he is a member of the at-large chapter or not – he doesn’t attend meetings anyway so I’m not sure if he paid dues or not – and also, isn’t he still counted is sighted?
