[NFBWV-Talk] Fwd: COVID-19 Survey

Hi!

About the time we went into lockdown level 4, which was a couple weeks ago, A friend dold me, West Virginia was not being empacted as much as states such as New York, and they asked if I had any guess that might help them understand why this might be the case.

So I did what I always do. I went onto the radio and contacted friends in WV to be sure I might be on the right track. I only asked to verify if the ramps were up yet. I believed the timing for them was probably about right. I got a positive response, so I got back to my friend, and told him ramps were a possible reason for WV enjoying less empact in the current crisis. Of course, folks around here never heard of ramps, so this required a bit of explaining that I didn't need help with, as I have plenty enough memories of them to clarify any curiossity. I also messaged my sister on fb, and asked her not to send any, we don't need any problems at the border; Those guys have a tough job already, *lol*

Cheers,
Dave
