> Greetings Everyone,
>
> Back in April 2019, we announced a free mobile app (AccessLyve) that supports both audio description (AD) and assistive listening (AL) services by streaming high-quality, stereo audio in real-time to a person's own mobile device over a local WiFi connection (no Internet required). The intent is to provide better and discrete access to accessibility services at live indoor and outdoor events such as performing arts events, exhibits, tours, lectures, sporting events, etc.
>
> As part of a grant application, we are exploring the interest in extending the capabilities of the mobile app to make the live accessibility services of AD, AL, CART (Computer Aided Real-time Translation), and open captions (OC, prepared text) available on a personal mobile device in any combination.
>
> To help us understand if such a product would be useful to the communities we wish to serve - that is to say, everyone of all abilities! - we invite you and your peers, friends, and family to answer a few questions about your interest in and use of live accessibility services. The survey takes less than five minutes to complete.
>
> All participants in this survey will remain anonymous, and the data will not be shared.
