I am sad to report that I have just learned from Jack Yahnke that long time Wheeling chapter and Sightless Workers Guild member Bob Hicks has passed away after complications from a stroke the day before yesterday.

No other details are known at this time.

Please keep Linda and the family in your thoughts and prayers.
