To all of our members and everyone else,

I would like to wish each and everyone of you a Merry and joyous holiday season and hopes and aspirations for an even better new year.

As we have all worked hard to build the Federation we love, let us take this time of peace and rest to set our minds toward how we can make 2022 even better for ourselves and all blind West Virginians.
