[NFBWV-Talk] Proposed constitution of the West Virginia Association of Blind Students

Greetings to all,

 

The proposed constitution of the West Virginia Association of Blind Students
(WVABS) can be found at www.nfbwv.org/students-division/constitution
<http://www.nfbwv.org/students-division/constitution> . Please read this
prior to state convention. The proposed constitution will be read two times
before calling for a vote. In order to have the proposed constitution to be
ratified, it must receive a two-thirds majority of yes votes from those
present and eligible to vote at the state convention.
