[NFBWV-Talk] Stepping down

Dear Members

It has been both my honor and my pleasure to serve as your president during
these past two years.   While I remain committed to this organization and
its mission, I must make the difficult decision to step down due to ongoing
health challenges.  During our 2025 state convention, I found that I was
unable to contribute with the energy and dedication that this position and
each of you truly deserve.  After careful consideration, I believe the most
responsible course of action is to tender my resignation  effective October
31, 2025.

I have witnessed firsthand the remarkable dedication and capability of our
board members.  I am confident they will handle this transition with their
characteristic wisdom and thoroughness , ensuring our affiliate continues
to move forward with strong leadership.  In keeping with our constitution,
I know that you will be an excellent hands with our first vice president,
Ahmad Shafi.

Please know that my commitment to our organization remains unwavering.  I
am readily available to assist with this transition. I do support our
affiliate’s continued nude success in any way I can. While my role may be
changing, my dedication to our shared mission remains steadfast.
