[NFBWV-Talk] Issues Regarding Affiliate President Ahmad Shafi

Hi everyone,
I hope this email finds you well. Please see the attached files compiled by myself and Michael Sipes, two of the witnesses who experience numerous abuses at the hands of Affiliate President Ahmad Shafi and the continued cover up by the NFB of West Virginia affiliate board and the executive board at the national level. There was a board meeting held on July 25 to start an investigation into Mr. Shafi, and Tuesday will make 30 days since this committee was formed, yet no decision has been made. Michael Sipes, Miranda Lacy, Matthew Hill, Harold Rogers, and myself are extremely concerned that no decision is going to be made whatsoever and this just reaffirms our thoughts that the affiliate board is completely inept and incapable of handling this matter. As affiliate treasurer, I am completely unable to work with the President given his actions. Our working relationship is utterly destroyed. Our friendship is utterly destroyed, and can never be repaired. I'm giving this to the affiliate so that all of the members have a say, because I believe that they have a right to know what is going on.
