[NHLakesChapter] E-reader

I’ve got a question for everyone who has received their E reader from the library. I have succeeded in connecting my Wi-Fi and connecting to bard but when I download a book and turn off the machine I have a problem. When I started the machine up again and hit the S for button to bring up the current book where I left off it says book is empty. I have contacted Corey and he asked me to write this up to send to the manufacturer but I wonder if anyone else is having the same problem
