Hi Cheryl,

Yes, I talked to Corey and I told him I didn’t want to be a pest but I was having a problem. On the contrary he said he wants to hear all the reports of everything going on so that he can report it to Zoom max. Glad to hear I’m not the only one with the problem!  He said they are probably going to have to do a software update in order to fix it  i’ll let you know if I hear anything
