Hi Deanna,

Actually all you have to do is make sure the waiting room in unchecked and
everyone can still just join as usual.

I do this for the dog userws every time and it is fine.

Zoom has changed in the last couple of years. It now requires either a
passcode for dial-in or everyone has to go to a waiting room and be
admitted.

 

We have decided to make things easier and go with the waiting room.

 

This means you will have to be admitted by the host.

 

Just be patient when you dial in or link in.
