Hello all
Here's a condensed version of an email Steve Workman sent out
regarding the State Coordinating Council on Transportation's all-day
planning seminar I mentioned during today's meeting for November.
Sorry I don't have an official contact for Jesse Lore at the moment,
but I will get an email or phone number Monday when I can reach out to
folks and see what info I am able to share. Hope to see folks either
virtually or in person at Granite State Independent Living's office in
Concord!
--- Info start ----
The State Coordinating Council on Community Transportation will be
conducting a strategic retreat on Wednesday, December 14th from 9 a.m.
to 3 p.m. During this retreat, we will be planning out how to address
our four critical priorities for 2023:
Implementation of the Blueprint for Mobility Management in New Hampshire.
Bylaws updates for the SCC and Regional Coordinating Councils.
Conducting a Statewide Needs Assessment for Transportation.
Mobility Management Program Sustainability and National Attention.
During this facilitated meeting, the Council will be identifying and
agreeing on key objectives and timelines for each of these priorities.
We will be selecting members for participation in 4 distinct working
groups as well as leaders for each of those groups. What will emerge
from this meeting is a clear action plan to achieve our priorities for
this year.
The SCC has worked hard to find a date that could work for as many
people as possible, and this date worked the best. If you cannot
attend but have specific input or requests, please send them to
Council Treasurer Steve Workman:
steve at transportnh.org.
Additional information:
Please let either Steve or the chair Jesse Lore know if you wish to
attend either via Zoom or in person ASAP; there will be a lunch
provided for those attending in person, so they need a head-count as
soon as is possible. Some portions are unfortunately not being
broadcasted via Zoom, such as the lunch and breakouts in the
afternoon.

Sincerely
Andrew Harmon
