Hi Deanna,

 

Thanks to you and others organizing the picnic.  Sorry the weather is
interfering.

I do have an idea for another event.  Perhaps, in the fall we could meet and
have a pizza party.  Some of us could bring in desert.  There are covered
outdoor shelters that could be an ideal setting.  Maybe we could do beep
baseball or corn whole.  Just some thoughts.

I hope you had a good time at the NFB convention.  Stay cool everyone!

I regret that we are compelled to cancel our much anticipated picnic due to
the weather.

 

We have been watching the forecasts and it appears that it will be raining
during the entire time we planned for the picnic.

 

I am open to any suggestions for a get-together, preferably where we can
meet in any weather.

 

Let me know if you have any ideas and reply to me on the listserv. We need
to move on it before the cold season comes in.
